LDSB Getting Back on Track: Healthy Sleep Habits August 24 2020



The Limestone District School Board has prepared short modules developed to support parents and caregivers with their child’s transition back to in-person or online learning for September 2020.

While it is pretty typical for sleep routines to change over the summer months, the length of time that students may have been without a structured sleep routine may be causing some concern for parents. With this is in mind, it is important to know how much sleep your child should be getting, the benefits of sleep, and how to get sleep back on track.

Mental health, or one’s psychological well-being, is also generally improved with consistently getting enough sleep. In this module, we share best practices’ for sleep hygiene.
