long term recovery from asthma attacks? : Asthma

Hi all! I had a rough few days where the pharmacist renewed the wrong daily maintenance inhaler and had to go a total of 2.5 days without. I got it today, luckily, but my body’s go-to recovery from an asthma attack is feeling like I’ve got the flu 🙁 My lungs and throat are very sore, with a bit of a leftover cough, feel feverish and sweaty, with little to no energy or stamina. If this is normal, is there a name for it? And any tips on how to make the recovery go smoother? Thank you!!
