Reflections: IMPROVE FOCUS and REDUCE CHRONIC FATIGUE | Ketosis, Supplements, Sleep, Electrolytes



Just another long-winded rambly video on what I do (and avoid doing) to ensure that my brain is working well, and I physically feel energetic when I need to work hard and be productive. Having a lack of Focus (Attention Deficit) and feeling exhausted all of the time have been major factors in my life since I was 12 years old. I have spent roughly the past 6 years figuring out how to reduce such problems, and I discuss different things like diet, supplements, sleep, meditation, and exercise in this video, which I use to manage these problems.

The best thing to do is to get a blood test done (to check for specific nutrient/electrolyte imbalances), but if you are tired all of the time, you know something is wrong.
